Creating an event Partnership

1.      Contact a team that needs ticket sales.  Call for their Group Sales Department and talk to one of their representatives.

2.      Meet in person to tell them the Shriners story, then invite them to visit your Shrine facility.

3.      Share the success story of the Bahia Shriners and the Orlando Magic.  Great participation, approx 200 tickets sold with approx. $750.00 coming back to the Transportation Fund as of this date.

4.      Most teams have players that adopt a Charity, in many cases it is part of their contract, they are required to have a charity and Shriners Hospitals for Children can fill that requirement.

5.      The Group Sales Dept. will do the work for you, make the fliers, help sell the tickets, and make the arrangements for the coordination needed on game night.

6.      The Group Sales Dept will assist by offering autographed items, send a player or cheerleaders for a function to help promote it.

7.      It is a win win  event, they sell tickets, we provide a fun family function for our Nobles, with the possibility for contributions for our hospitals, and entertainment for our hospital patients and families.
